Delivery Info FAQ
a) When will my Order Ship?
We have a cut off point for orders to ship same day which is 2pm Indian Time. We try to ship all orders placed before the cut off the same day. Note that in busy times Express shipments are prioritised over standard delivery options. In some cases orders also require stock to arrive to us before we are able to ship but we aim to get orders to you in in line with your shipping method. For instance if you choose Standard shipping (2-7 days) you should expect your order to arrive within 7 days. AS SOON AS YOUR ORDER SHIPS YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL
b) How Long does it take to Arrive?
Shipping times vary depending on the Service and your location. We offer next day shipping which covers 55% of Indian addresses (Excludes Himachal, Jammu ,Kashmir, North eastern states,
Andaman and Lakshadweep Islands). Next day shipping is available at the Checkout on certain baskets where we can guarantee a next day service. Please note Next Day means Next working day and excludes Saturday and Sundays. Orders placed after the cut off will be shipped the next available day on a next day service.
c) Do you deliver on Saturdays?
Yes we can deliver on Saturdays and this is selectable at the Checkout. Please note that this service is available to only Metro cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Jaipur, Chennai, Kolkata ETC If you select Saturday Delivery and this is not possible then you will be contacted and refunded your Saturday shipping Fee. Note that Saturday delivery is available only on Certain baskets.
d) How do i track my Parcel?
Once your order has shipped you will be emailed or text your Tracking details. You can also track your parcel by visiting your Account page
